maris otter and some raoast barley, chocalate, and i think amber...consensus was it was some kind of lactic acid infection...stuck it down the drain anyway..any tips for the imperial?

Here is my imperal porter

12 lbs British pale malt
1 lbs British brown malt
1 lbs Crystal malt
1.25lbs British chocolate malt
0.5 lbs Special B
0.33 Belgian aromatic

Hops

2oz Golding 60minutes
1oz Golding 15 minutes

Mash at 151 for 60mins

O.G. 1.080

Yeast Safale S-04 (x2)
