How about the saturday after the beer fest or is that too close? I might be away for a couple of weeks in November so I not sure about when I can do it then. Otherwise we can make a long range plan for say early in the new year and that way everybody can put it in their diaries?

Interesting idea, especially if we want to make a bigger deal of it with tasting/swapping going on around it (and maybe doing a brew! <!-- s;) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_wink.gif" alt="" title="Wink" /><!-- s;) -->) just in terms of giving people time to get something together. I think whatever suits you is best.

Actually, the 27th of October might not be bad. It's a long weekend.

Not that I want to hold sway on the majority, if it falls that way, but I can't make the 27th of October. Also, isn't that the Well festival weekend?
