Count me in! October would suit a little better but either way i'll make the time. Sounds like a great idea!

Looking at it more closely, October would suit me better too. And speaking for Kieron, October would definitely be his preference as he's only coming back from his honeymoon on the 29th of September.

Based on the other thread about the beer fest in the Black Box, I'm unsure about the 19th of October as it's a Friday. Unless it was in the afternoon/early evening so people could travel after work or take a half day instead of a full day off. Transport being an issue for some of us after all <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt="" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->

That's my main 'issue' with the October date. I [i:2llbyo24]should[/i:2llbyo24] be able to work something out, but a Saturday would be much more favourable.

On a related note, Peter from the Franciscan Well invited us to the Well for some drinks and a tour of the brewery. This will be on a Saturday, as that suits him best (along with anyone up for travelling down to Cork, of course), but no actual date was fixed.

I can understand the Friday date will be tricky for some as it will mean most of us taking a day off work. Personally I'd still be in favour of the 19th for the visit as it would be a good couple of days and it's easier to arrange one beer weekend than two.
