Trading across the water is a good way to try new and interesting beers, however its not a particularly cost effective way of getting beer

I sent 6 small bottles of beer to the US a while ago, 6 bottles.... £72.... not including the cost of the beer <!-- s:cry: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_cry.gif" alt=":cry:" title="Crying or Very sad" /><!-- s:cry: -->

I don't know about sending beer from UK to USA, but here in Ireland if you ship in parcels in 2kg increments, than it is about 16euro/package.

Well the beer trade is underway,i have a guy sending me a Weyerbacher Double Simcoe IPA & a Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA...relishing the thoughts of cracking those bad boys open!

Edit: A Simcoe IPA is on my list to brew as it happens, although it will be a couple of months before I get to it.
