Yes, absolutely. I was reading on the Sam Adams site that it's their interpretation of a classic German Schwartzbier. I think they did a pretty good job!

It has a lovely light malty aroma with subtle hops and a very pleasent hop finish. Not as bitter as some IPAs, but there's a nice clean and refreshing bite. Can't wait till v1.1!

By the way, I'm half way down that glass and it still has 1cm of foam, and it's clinging to the sides. Looks very attractive <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt="" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) --> (well, I am home alone for the past three weeks!)

Where did you get the crates in your photo from? I've asked a few off licenses and they won't part with them. I could really do with a few to keep my bottles under control!

n1mbus blagged some from a bloke that works with him. They're bloody handy allright, and we need a good few more. I'll ask if he can source a few more.

My local friendly bar man gave me a crate of empties a couple of years ago, in exchange for a few beers. I could do with a few more too.
