I started off paying for the 6MB package from BT, and they sent me a notice in the mail saying that I've been upgraded for free to 12MB.

My speedtest results:

I've never had any issues with UTVinternet (nor has my mother) if thats any help when it comes to chosing an alternative. At work now so can't do a speed test, might remember later.
