TBN are you in the same place that host the Law Library server that solicitors connect up to?
If so it explains the speed.

Imagine the speed if you had that sort of connection at home.

I have not had broadband since Jan 14th ffs.

never trust speed test, if i test to limerick i get this and it recommends limerick as my server
