I can categorically state that Knives are used in almost all stabbings .

Similarly almost all Drink related violence is conducted by Drunk people .

What are these people saying ? The BBC is spending taxpayers money investigating a brand of alcohol and trying to get the manufacturers and distributers to do something about the fact that people who are poor , dispossesed and excluded from society and given to crime like to drink their product ? would it not be a better policy to spend their taxpayers money on actually investing in solving social problems/ injustices that lead to such crimes .

No that would actually involve doing something , instead of running around blaming bottles and faffing . Politicians , and Journalists eh ?

But can't you see? If you got rid of Buckfast crime would go down. Stands to reason that, deprived of their Buckie, these people would be model citizens. It's not as if they could just get pissed on something else now is it?

Looking down the list of genre classics on Wikipedia[/url:2vvndd3a], I see there's one called "Wild Irish Rose". I'm intrigued. Anyone ever encountered this ambassador of ours?
