Alright I've been to 4 builders/plumbers stores and can't find an external pipe bender. Any good places to get one near the city/northside?

go to B&Q and buy a coil of 8mm copper coil,then continue to bend it using your thumbs,easy to work with

I'd tend to go for the 10, as it's a little more sturdy. Also, you'll only need the bender for the right angle bends. For the first one I made with n1mbus, we did it by hand, slowly, using a bean tin as a form. It worked, but almost got pinched. The bender will make for a safer job.

I agree with Adeptus. You'll only need a pipe bender for sharp bends. It'd be a lot of needless effort to try to shape the main body of the chiller with a pipe bender, and you'd also run the risk of blistering your hands if you didn't have a tough pair of gloves. Just use a suitable paint can as a mould.
