Pretty New to Brewing... 17 years 1 month ago #1

Hey guys,

Im pretty new to home-brewing... At the moment I have an Ale(kit) conditioning and in the first fermentation stage of a cider(turbo)...

Just wondering where does everyone get their brewing supplies? Yeast/Cornies etc...?

Im based in Dublin and ideally i'd like to find a place fairly close to me...

Thanks!
Ben.

I'd have to agree with that. The delivery costs can't be beat.

OK thanks for the replies!

Just had a check on my Cider, its at 1020, I began at 1062 which gives it 5.6%... Nearly time to rack me thinks! <!-- s:lol: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt=":lol:" title="Laughing" /><!-- s:lol: --> <!-- s:lol: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt=":lol:" title="Laughing" /><!-- s:lol: -->

For a higher delivery charge and slower service, try <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="www.hopandgrape.co.uk">www.hopandgrape.co.uk
It works out well if you order a fair bit as they are much cheaper than anywhere in Ireland.

If I got the hopandgrape beer starter kit would I be completely equipped (bar bottles or kegs) or would I be better off with a more significant investment from the start? sorry for the thread hijack

or the homebrew one I don't mind paying a little extra for someone localish making the effort.
