No the starter kit is just all the equipment you need to ferment your beer and transfer it to a container. You would need to get bottles or a keg.
If bottles, either start drinking and keep the bottles or else drop in to your local and ask for their recycles. As far as I know it costs them money to send the bottles off so they should give you as much as you like. Drinking is more fun though.
