10-12 is a cask thing. Keg beer at that temperature doesn't really happen. I'd say you'd get bad fobbing, for instance.

I'd imagine the cellar at this time of year is going to be very cold as well so the kegs might already be down near 4c before even going through the chiller.

I'm Ian, a real new-comer to the Irish craft beer online community. I like my IPA's & red ales. I am an unashamed brewdog fan too. Slowly being persuaded that Ireland does produce good stout that doesn't come from 1798 Diageovile (yes I did mean vile), & re-kindling my love for it as I drink my way around the produce of our homegrown craft beer breweries.

I look forward to learning more about Irish craft beer, the breweries & the people behind them & who are fans of them, while also personally discovering some great beers, hopefully meeting great people & learning some great stories.
