I would put my business head on, and opt for Stella (or neither of those two).

In the last episode they had a BBQ with a big drive on their beers paired with food menu. At the end of the day not one bottle of beer was sold, much to the obvious dismay of Fox. I think I would concentrate on shifting a few bottles of the stuff before committing to getting it on draught.

Yes, it would. But before committing to it I would like to stock a couple of crates, and see if I could shift them first.

The locals got shifty when Stella was for the chop, so I'm not sure how many pints of something 'more exotic' would shift.
The diners are all drinking wine, so bottles of beer might be a more gradual stepping stone.

I guess I was thinking that the draught and bottled versions would be attractive to totally different audiences. But I'm probably the only bloke who enjoys sitting down with a big pink pint in front of him.

Apparently there is a rumor that the pub may have gone out of business already

To TBN:
Well if [i:c63c5pgj]you[/i:c63c5pgj] were the target market I would do things a lot differently.
But based on the TV program people ignored the carefully chosen bottles of beer paired with each dish and either drank wine or pints of ale. From that starting point it would be a big leap to [i:c63c5pgj]'a steak and a pint of the pink stuff please'[/i:c63c5pgj].
