You'd need a damn good lawyer to argue that handing it out to the apple-buying public constitutes "domestic use", especially with every bin within 100 yards packed full of uneaten apples...
That is a shame. I had even come up with an alternative to the highly regulated Apple selling industry...... The entertainment industry.

For 20 Euros I will do a 2 minute Song/Poem/Haka (being of NZ stock) for you. If I felt like your applause was heart felt and elements of friendship were starting to form - I might (at my discretion) give you 20litres of my finest homebrew to take back to your wife and (over 18 year old) children. Of course you run the risk of spending 20 quid on a very weak attempt at a Maori war dance and no beer!!
