Other issues included people wanting to exchange used whiskey glasses for beer glasses because they suddenly realised that you can't fit a half pint into a dram measure. And people complaining at the front desk that they should be getting both glasses- I made the mistake of giving some guy both for free just to get rid of him; he went in and told his mates and suddenly we were swamped with freeloaders demanding their second free glass.

Not sure, no markings on the glass, but I would say it has a 50-60ml capacity.
