Here is a map l knocked up for the festival (Hall 1), as its not in the same location as September,

Shouldn't need a map, it's in the main door of the RDS, as opposed to round the side.

Might need a map to find our way home though.

Okay, I ended up at the front desk- not ideal but better than the September fest because we were in a kiosk max 4 people. Fortunately we are not the only people there, but not ideal as I had said that we did not want this job again. Plus side- seating.

The best thing to do when you arrive is hunt Bruce down and ask him where he wants you.

But MountainMan needs help tomorrow so I would suggest checking in with Phil first and make sure he is covered.

Two new items you need to be aware of if you get the Front Desk:

1. Get the EventBright management app installed on your phone, you will need this for all the people coming in with pre-bought tickets.

2. You have to ask people whether they want a beer glass or a whiskey glass. I found the easiest thing to do was to get people to pick the beer glass because if they decide they want to go on whiskey, they can use the same glass. If people want both glasses you have to charge an extra €5 for the second glass.
