This came via a mate involved in it... might be handy if you have a good recipe you want to up-scale at some point.

Jonathan was originally going to set it up in Dundalk but Dublin is better for us.

I heard that they had bought up Galway Hooker's kit (just pipping Stone Barrel I believe) but I hadn't heard what they were going to do with it...

If anyone has any questions feel free to pose them to me. (I'm that guy Jonathan).

I can't comment on who's planning to brew with us (they are welcome to though), but I can confirm we did in fact purchase the old brewery kit from Roscommon where Galway Hooker used to brew. We moved it to Dublin a few weeks ago.
