Didn't really get a chance to discuss this in detail over the weekend, only to mention to others that we need to agree a date, so that people can know whether they are available or not, and whether they might have time to get a brew in, so that they have something to bring.

I'm still up for it, depending on when it is, and reckon we have enough people to help out.

Maybe we can have a meeting to confirm the date?
