Constructive criticism for the betterment of the Irish craft brewing industry - isn't that one of the things we're supposed to be about here?

Haha - my Ratebeer account being put to good use for once! Forgot to wade into the discussion here...yep, no carb whatsoever, vegetal, odd - not bad...but equally not great. That said, a good pal of mine whose beer opinions I trust had a bottle of it and enjoyed it thoroughly!
