I see The Porterhouse have gone back to serving Brainblásta by the half-pint only, for fear of Brian Lenihan, presumably.

I spotted that the other night. I don't really recall the days they insisted on dishing it out in half pints, but clearly the presence of other barley wines and strong beers in the market has given them something to think about.

And they'll now have appropriate glassware available for Trappist beers.

I think that is exactly the way it should be served. Pints of 7% beer is not a good plan.

I've always wondered how much of the stuff they sell. Same for their other no nonsense full beers like Wrassler's and Hersbrucker.
