I tend to offer serving suggestions to the uninitiated. It adds to the reverence that the beer should be given. I think most quite like the idea of specific temps and glasses, it makes them realise they are drinking something special.

I was referring to the trappist beers which I actually bought. You're right though, I do dearly need those beers.
