Know nothing at all about them, but it looks like the north-west has a new brewery: Kinnegar Brewing[/url:32hb2hg6], Co. Donegal.

They only seem to be available in a wine shop in Letterkenny as part of a local tastes hamper. The plan is to expand availability this year.

Whats the official definition of Nano brewery, just how smal are we talking?

It seems the Irish pale ale debate is taking on a different slant with a north/south divide being suggested here <!-- s:shock: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_eek.gif" alt=":shock:" title="Shocked" /><!-- s:shock: -->

Wiki says the custom in the US is <4 US barrels (470L) capacity. West Kerry and Ards would both be in that category, I think.
