I assume that as the bottle lable states "Bottle Conditioned" there will be some lovely 7.5% abv yeasties to harvest??

Am just dropping down to the last 25cl

I have yet to brew an AG stout <!-- s:shock: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_eek.gif" alt=":shock:" title="Shocked" /><!-- s:shock: -->

Cheers

Its strong enough it will hold up if you drink 500 ml and the other 500ml a day or two later.

Will, you know the rules about not repitching from a high gravity/ABV fermentation! (Plus, name 3 yeast strains that can't handle 7%; it's not really much of a feat.)
