TOPIC:

Had this down in the Bierhaus in Cork as they had run out of it in the Franciscan well.I have to say I really really enjoyed this.In fact it is one of the best stouts I have tasted in a long time!Everything was perfect even the serving temp when I got it,carbonated just to my taste and a hell of an impressive bottle for €10.All in all I hope this is a mainstay from the lads in the well.

Just going for a run last night and picking up the scent of burning peat made me REALLY want another one of these.

I really hope they don't make us wait another year... Get another batch going!

Picked up a bottle of this and was wondering what to do with it as it's sharing size. Would it work well as an after dinner drink with dessert?

As of last night yes there were a few bottles. Not on display though.
