I'll have to pop out and grab mine then. Any suggestions for cheese to try with this beer? I think I see a dinner of cheese and charcuterie in my immediate future.

Bottle number 421 is sitting on my desk, along with two Irish cheeses and two Irish cured meats. Looking forward to dinner.
