This seriously gets better every time I try it!
-The beer that is impossible for me to pronounce keeps singing that siren song calling me back for one more.

I really didn't like it the first year and it took some pushing for me to try it again on a Beoir night at the B&C but this years was love at first sip and it's been fantastic every bottle since. I like a sweeter stout and this occupies that perfect middle ground between an Irish stout (in flavor) and an American stout (in sweetness/body). I think it's really the silky mouth feel that does it for me.

This beer fits the bill when I want a stout AND when I want something malty; that's unfortunate for Clotworthy Dobbin as I find myself reaching out for Leann Follain instead when I want something malty.

I don't want to jinx it, but even the Beer Advocate crowd has given it an "A-" at the moment... (Probably just because it's 6%; lol!)

I have to agree, it's by far my favourite dark beer at the moment.

JohnnyChicago,
What part of Chicago are you from?

And how's the Chicago brewing scene taking the news of Goose Island officially being Budweiser/Inbev now?
