As people have said it shouldn't fall foul of any legal issues, nut as others have also said your market is going to be very niche.
Like most all grain brewers i've daydreamed about setting up a brewing based business but to be honest unfortunately hobbies and profits rarely go hand in hand.
What is the average return on a bottle of beer for a micro, 50p to a pound i guess (depending on where its sold etc), you need quite a large investment in equipment, your product is both labour and time intensive and you have to then get it into a crowded market against brands that have astronomical marketing budgets, you also have to jump through lots of hoops and red tape because you are selling an intoxicating substance.
Or you could open a coffee shop, throw some beans into hot water and immediately sell it to your customer at the same or greater profit as you would acheive for beers but without all the time, effort and red tape, thats the depressing reality <!-- s:cry: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_cry.gif" alt="
