I'd say at the 8.2% and with the hop character it has the Schnieder version will be good for at least another 3-4 years and will probably improve with age ,I'll certainly be cellaring a few to see what their like (if I can keep me hands off them)

I feel I have to pipe up in favour of the small bottles! I like to bottle my own abominations in half-pint bottles of the Cidona variety. No doubt it's time-consuming, but they are a perfectly fist-sized portion. Metric stouts need not apply.

Bierhaus is probably your best bet (do off sales as well apparently).
Maybe Abbott's is worth a look too.
