Wrassler's XXXX please. Second preference Plain. Both bottle conditioned, and pint bottles for preference.

Well done Porterhouse.

I have a soft spot for Oyster Stout but I'd be happy with any of the porter/stout stable. It would be nice to bottle some of the seasonals as well as it would mean that they would be available outside of Dublin. If they are bottle conditioned it would be a nice added extra but I won't lose sleep if they're not.

I would hope that the other brewers who don't currently bottle make us of this facility too.

Yea well done porterhouse also with the plain becoming available on cask this is great news for Irish craft brewing

my vote would be Wrassler's XXXX

since i've never actually had any of the porterhouse beers i think they should bottle everything and send me free samples so i can have a say in this thread.

Would like to try some of the Wrasslers XXXX though and this is more likely to happen if they put it into bottles.

Any of the stouts and perhaps TSB. Hop Head would be a nice take home sup too.

I'm largely going with the flow on this one - any of the stouts, with my preference for the Plain after tasting it from the conditioning tank earlier in the year <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->

Bottle-conditioned TSB, and Hop Head.

I've never tasted any of their lagers, so can't offer suggestions there, and whilst I like the Porterhouse Red, it's not (to my memory) all that spectacular. More like tasty Smithwicks than anything I'd be desperate to see bottled.
