Excellent. The only intentionally sour beer at a festival in the last few years that I know of was at Alltech from one of the UK brewers. Cant put a name on it though. <br /><br />White Gypsy's sour would only be in the barrel for aprox 6 months right?<br/>

Yep, then blended back with a young beer (nearly the same recipe, not barrel aged) Full story at the RDS

I had the WG one at the RDS and it was decent but I like more sour!

Did anyone try the O'Hara's one? I didn't get to it.

I'll be bottling up my framboise (on an oud bruin) today, it's feckin lovely but I've very little of it so it'll be in really small bottles!

Thought the WG could have been a bit more sour for my liking too.

I had the O'Hara's as well but it was near the end of the evening and my tastebuds were battered by that stage, I think I thought it could have done with more sourness as well.
