Excellent. The only intentionally sour beer at a festival in the last few years that I know of was at Alltech from one of the UK brewers. Cant put a name on it though.

White Gypsy's sour would only be in the barrel for aprox 6 months right?

Is it actual sour with more than sacchromyces in it?

Sour is defo the new IPA! Haha

GBB filling the old brewery with barrels. It'll probably be at least a year or two before it produces any sour beer though. (some quicker lacto sours might appear before that)

You still getting barrels from Kellys Shane?

Can't get through to Kelly's Tom, but have found a place in Celbridge with stacks of wine barrels, all wet and in good nick.
