Totally agree, and back in the day when you had to serve an apprenticeship to become a barman, that was the norm. But as the position has effectively been de-skilled in order to pay lower wages, the knowledge that the skill brought to the profession has also been lost. It's up to the dedicated few (including us) to re-skill them.
