What's about Beoirs view, do we take the stance since no one is forth coming was to when the beer is brewed its not "Irish craft beer" until proven otherwise ?

Just came across this and thought I could shed some light.

I am one of the guys involved. We are building a brewery in Kilcock and the brewery is being made in Ireland.

The brewer is Irish and we had to use a contract brewery in the UK as the brewery won't be up and running till after Christmas. We couldn't find a brewery in Ireland that could produce and bottle with the capacity we needed.

If anyone would like to come out to the site and have a look around and see the plans, you're more than welcome. Just PM me.
