Beer finished out nicely, tried some out of the fermenter yesterday and I can see why it was a winner (I never actually got to try it on the judging night). Anyway we'll be putting some into both keg and cask for Easterfest and Brewers on the Bay.

Great stuff. I secured the weekend off so I'll be travelling to Cork with the other half and maybe to Galway after the HCUP semi final or on the Sunday. Hope to catch you then.
