Another reason for timing a trip to attend the Cantillon open brew day is the Zythos Beer Festival held on the same weekend, March 7th/8th 2009. I went to both events in 2007 and if I could go again I would in a heartbeat. This could make a great ICB weekend tour in the future sometime!
