I haven't been to New York since I was eight years old, so it's great to have a virtual tour[/url:2zors6jm]. Thanks Níall <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->

Great work, Níall. I really hope to be able to make use of it some time.

Great article and good timing Niall as I'm heading there mid-February for the first time. I'll be sure to take a copy of your article with me. Thanks.

Cheers Joe,

I would highly recommend The Gingerman. The other bars I mentiond are worth a visit if you're nearby but I wouldn't go out of my way to find them if you have better alternatives.

One place I hoped to get to but didn't have time is the Blind Tiger Alehouse[/url:1vuxjpbj] on Bleecker St. in the West Village. It's supposed to be excellent.

Thanks, I'll try to get both in. I'll have to check-out what tourist sites are near the pubs and make a day of it. I was looking at beermapping's New York Map[/url:3lfj7jv3]
