Very informative article. Sadly it makes me realise how much I missed out on when I was last in New York.
One thing though, you have quoted me as saying that the Dogfish Head 60 minute IPA had little aroma, when, if I recall correctly, I said the 120 minute has little or no aroma. The 60 minute from the bottle packs a pungent resinous hop aroma. I know this because I had one over Christmas and have 3 more sitting in my beer fridge. Perhaps from the keg the 60 minute is a different beast entirely.
