I could NEVER get the right pronunciation whilst living in Eindhoven. EVER.
At least over there, the 'Ho' is more 'Hoo'

[i:3twod09j]Who[/i:3twod09j]-Garden is how I was told, although '[i:3twod09j]Hoe[/i:3twod09j]' seems to be more commonly pronounced, well, [i:3twod09j]Hoe[/i:3twod09j]
