I bought a cobra beer font (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="www.donedeal.ie/for-sale/cateringfittings/4405929">www.donedeal.ie/for-sale/caterin ... gs/4405929) to attach my taps and now realise they dont fit together. the thread on the taps are too big to fit into the beer font.

anyone know if I could get a spare part for the tap that would have a smaller diameter thread?

Funny enough, I've the opposite problem! I've a two tap font and my flow control taps fit it fine, no problems there, but I recently bought a stout tap and the threading is just slightly too small for the font. Need to try figure out if there is some way to make them compatible! There has to be something!

Actually a very good quality tap, it's 1/2 inch threading with a 3/8 push fit at the back. Send him a mail, I think it cost me 40 euro (Inc p&p) . Mention to him that u want a stout tap just to be sure it includes the restictor disk for that stout poor.
