Have you gone thru 6Kg in 4 months? You might have a leak!

Secondly, it might be time to shop around, or better again do a Beoir CO2 machine group buy.

We'd have to buy a yoke like this.

As I see it, legit, regular 6kg CO2 cylinders are a bit of a scarce commodity. They are often branded for the brewers or the gas producers ( BOC, Air products, Linde etc )

They are scarce to find s/h, but once found they can be refilled by the likes of:

Leinster CO2 & Munster CO2 ( same company I believe )
Doyle & Doyle ( Fire ) in Dublin
Other Fire extinguiser refillers around the country.

So where else can we find CO2 cylinders?:

The fire extinguiser market supplies brand new, shinny, red CO2 cylinders, full of CO2 for a reasonable price. <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->

BUT, the down side is that they have no regulator so no way to connect a reg so we can use them for Cornies.

So: can we find a FE supplier who can remove the FE valve and nozzle and fit a standard CO2 cylinder valve that will connect to a CO2 regulator??

After all when these Cornies hit these shores we are looking at a short fall of 30, 40, or even 50 CO2 bottles

Cheers
