If you don't mind me asking where did you source them from?
I'd like to get a couple and obviously missed the boat.

It would be great if places like Porterhouse and B&C did a growler service.

Say €25 or so for a filled growler with your favourite Irish draught beer and then a special refill price.

A 2L growler obviously holds 4x500ml measures which is what B&C use. So the price of 4 beers with a small discount perhaps?

Breweries like Porterhouse could add to it by branding their growlers making it a good advertisement method.

I got them from <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="www.hellmann24.de">www.hellmann24.de, they speak a little english and you will have to sort out shipping costs through email (make sure to check the SPAM folder in your email, some reason half their mails where being put there for me)

Phil- thanks a lot. I picked mine up last night- a really nice piece of glassware. Unfortunately I couldn't persuade Darragh in Against the Grain to fill it for me...

Thanks again.

Resurrecting this here

Dave in the Bierhaus has gotten a few Branded Growlers in ( 3L ) I bought one last night and filled it with Rebel Red .

It's smashing . can't wait to put my own beer in it ,

Swingtops Rule !!!!

( Just finishing the Rebel Red now !! )

For those who want to know , 17 Euros for the Growler to keep , 18 euros a fill .
