Anyone know where to buy bread flour on DNS of Dublin? 16 years 3 weeks ago #1

Cannot face cycling up to Fallon and Byrne at lunch.

Anyone know?

DNS?

The wife normally gets the bread flour in Tescos, is there one near you?

De Nort' Side.

I am a large bit anti-Tesco. Is bread flour alot different?

Gluten content is higher in bread flour, that said, I've heard say that cake flour should be just as good if your recipe is any good.
Any strong flour should do the job.

It's really the only thing we buy in Tesco, as I won't use my Italian pasta flour for bread although it's almost the same thing "00".

I got some on offer in Magills there recently.
The recession appears to have hit them to the extent that a lot of their stuff is short dated as it's not moving.
