I recall from last year it was very late before all the details of the events were published.

It's the Bank Holiday weekend. There's always loads of things on then.

From Friday afternoon we will be offering 3 Craft beers and 1 craft Cider matched with 4 Farmahouse cheeses. There will be tasting notes for the pairing and if I'm in the building (from 4pm each day) I'll happily do a quick intro with you. All for €6.50

There's no need to book, just show up and order from the staff.
