i remember the last rds craft beerfest there was a whisky stall.

There were a couple last year. Cooley as far as I remember and Slane Castle whiskey(can't remember the name).

No, afaik. Cooley is no longer Irish-owned, and they were making the whiskey for Slane.

I'm far from 100% certain, though. Andrew'll probably know.

Shanes right- Cooley are now owned by JJ Beam, and Slane Castle was brewed by them.

However, there are a few more cider producers this year...
