I do tend to rehydrate but I should try pitching it direct to see if it performs as well - do you find it attenuates as well when pitched direct?

I don't notice any performance difference. Takes off just as quickly and attenuates fully within about 5 days.

I use S-04 a lot, and can't see any reason not to sprinkle it direct. Performs excellently.
