Yes- a great night. I'm still in awe of the beer you people produce. I couldn't pick a favourite beer, everyone bought something different to the table.

However, I am excited about doing the sausage-making course that Bill from Slowfoods was talking about (pity I missed the cheesemaking with Silke Croppe from Corleggy Cheeses).
