I'm going to add my name to the list but we'll definitely want to put mine towards the end of the tasting order... (So as to not ruin everyone's taste buds.)

I've got a version of my porter aged on two vanilla beans for 4 weeks (WAY too much vanilla). And a version that I added a bunch of coffee to (WAY too much coffee...). Not happy with either one but they're passable if served at lower temps.

I'll have two mooch friends with me who helped me brew the porter and are looking to start brewing themselves. They'll be looking for tips on getting started.

That is possible too but I would think it more likely that if the yeast was just not taking that some wild yeast took hold first.

Anything is possible with this brew so will see what the lads think on thursday.

Biertourist, it sounds like mine should be renamed Skinny Latte Porter when compared to your Coffee Porter.

Is 1 litre the usual amount of beer to bring ? Is that enough for everyone to taste ?
