Plenty of choc I thought but he tells me NO. 6 different malts he also tells me....which ones? he wouldn't tell me. To be honest he seemed to be mixing it up and when i started listing malts he tells me you would be surprised at what's in it...I thought he was going unleash a nugget for me to use but never told anything of substance in the end.

It was odd because most brewers are more than happy to tell you what's in their beers even if they don't tell you how much...some even go into depth on their bottle labels which is nice even if you don't know what it is that they are on about.

I did not try the whitewater stout though... damn Queues.

It was there in July yes but it was very young and I think it was one of the last beers after a crap load of them so few people even remember it.

It matured very nicely and went down very well at the tasting/talk yesterday. The person sitting beside me was very impressed with the rich espresso flavour.

I will have some along on Thursday.
