The usual format is each brewer passing around their beer, saying a bit about what it's made from, and generally discussing it with the other people at the table. I can't imagine it being the most scintillating viewing for anyone who doesn't actually get to drink the beer.

Well now that I've been educated in the ICB ways, I shall partake in sampling all beer presented, followed by making somewhat of an ass of myself, as ICB doctrine dictates.
