Would it be an option to split into two groups? It looks to me like there will be too many beers for everyone to try. It might make more sense to "meanfully" sample 8-10 beers, than to try to taste twice that number.
It seems to be also that it would be good form to buy a few pints from our generous hosts!
I am available to help set up from whatever hour. not sure about cleaning up afterwards though

I may have to withdraw my contribution due to carbonation - or lack thereof - issues. Will have another test sample this evening and report back. It was tasty but pretty flat last wednesday
I'll still be in to sample the others though

I don't like the two groups idea -- I'm all for meaningfully sampling a small number of beers, but I'd rather pick them myself. Wouldn't everyone else? Besides, beer at somebody else's table is always far more interesting...

As n1mbus has said, there's a lot of beer here and I think it would be wise to limit the amount being served. A litre per brewer? A litre and a half?

Obviously, pre-arranged swaps (or donations to the hard-working editorial staff) don't count.

my stout is in 33cl bottles. I'll bring 6...probably 4 for tasting and if for some mad reason someone wants to bring a bottle with them theres 2 for that.

Is the bottled stout preferred by most at room temperature or chilled?
